The advantages of the novelty are compactness, hygiene (a tea bag is not touched), 100% accounting of tea sales.
Not suitable for vending
This new trend came to us from countries with rich tea traditions. “Tea in a cup” is a product of individual consumption, which combines a usual tea bag and a paper cup. A certain dose of tea is packed into a cup, after which a membrane is attached at a distance of 1 cm from the bottom of the cup. A membrane is made from tea bag material and keeps the tea in the bottom of the cup. The required dosage is selected for 1 serving for each type of tea. The dose of tea is determined in such a way to convey the tea taste for the first 2-3 minutes of brewing, and after that it does not affect the strength of the drink. Thus, even after 20 minutes of brewing, the tea does not become very strong, which allows to meet the requirements of all consumers. The membrane at the bottom of the cup does not hinder the stirring of the sugar as after contact with hot water for 1-2 minutes it becomes elastic.
The production equipment of the product allows packing both small and large leaf tea. “Tea in a cup” is completely produced using our equipment and our own cups, which allows us to reduce the cost of finished products and fulfil the order as soon as possible. At the request of the client, we can make a branded cup and pack it with the customer's tea. The volume of production is one million per month.
The required dosage is selected for 1 serving for each type of tea. After all, our tea cannot be taken as a bag, when the desired strength of the drink is reached.
The dose is determined in such a way that the tea gives off the taste and color to the water for the first 2-3 minutes of brewing and then does not affect the strength of the drink. So even after 20 minutes of brewing, the tea does not become very strong, which allows to meet the requirements of all consumers.
The membrane at the bottom of the cup does not hinder the stirring of the sugar as after contact with hot water for 1-2 minutes it becomes elastic and not particularly susceptible to mechanical stress. Even if you accidentally break it, the tea does not lose its vendibility, the brewing settles at the bottom of the cup, like when brewing ordinary loose tea.
The production equipment of the product allows the use of black, green, flavoured tea, and herbal tea with fruit pieces.
